It is a great opportunity to collaborate with other like-minded people that want to bring together our diverse perspectives and make a difference in the community.

What is your leadership philosophy?

The people who are doing the work are the ones that usually have the best ideas for us to continuously improve. Leaders bring the vision, inspiring and engaging the team to make positive changes.

A Day of Caring where we got to complete a wish list for a day care. It was great to be part of the volunteer team, see how much work we could accomplish together in a day, and really add value for the children.

We are all a work in progress

Who are your heroes in real life?

Marie Curie - She was the first woman to win a Nobel Prize and the first person to win two Nobel Prizes. In addition to the many advances she made in chemistry and physics, she invented a mobile x-ray unit that could be used on the battlefields in World War I to save lives.
